Refund Policy

Returns: All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your item be damaged or missing, please email us within 48 hours of receipt of shipment of your Black Rose Occult and Apothecary order at admin@blackroseoccultandapothecary.com and include your order number and photo evidence. We will do our best to help you.

Reshipping Packages: If a package is sent back to us, we will message you to cover the cost of reshipping the package. If you do not want to cover the cost of shipping you will forfeit the package as returned packages are not an error on our part.

Lost/Delayed Packages:  Please understand we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. We recommend reaching out to your local postal service and customs agency. We're sorry for the inconvenience!

Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations or refunds.
